  • Sales Engineer

    TRS offers sales opportunities that are challenging and rewarding. Our Sales Engineers provide consulting engineers and contractors the tools to select and apply equipment from the industry’s finest manufacturers of mechanical systems. Successful TRS Sales Engineers develop relationships and trust with their customers and then retain them by providing superior service.

    Sales Engineers operate out of each of our branch offices in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Each sales office is uniquely positioned to service its specific market. Outside Sales Engineers interact directly with our customers while inside sales assistants provide the uninterrupted sales support that our customers deserve.

    These positions are based on a corporate sales philosophy of providing each sales person with a diverse group of customers consisting of mechanical and general contractors, mechanical engineers and owners. Our wide offering of equipment and systems ensures the proper package is available for specific customers’ needs.

  • Inside Sales Assistant

    Under general supervision, this position ensures that customers receive the best sales service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with customers and manufacturers as required; acts as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.

    Requires some technical knowledge about products and services requiring scientific, mechanical or similar knowledge. Responds to customer telephone or written inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, request for prices and quotations, complaints, adjustments, expediting and requests for literature. Takes appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met through broadly delegated authority. Coordinates activities within the branch office and between branch offices, customers and manufacturers. Access, update and maintain computer database related to branch office operations.

  • Administrative Assistant

    Under direct supervision, this position ensures that customers receive the best sales service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with customers and manufacturers as required; acts as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.

    This position is a developmental position for Inside Sales Assistant.
